July kicks off strong for builders

This month was mainly marked by the launch of new chapters of the Stellar Ambassador Program. We kicked things off with events in Costa Rica, Bolivia, and Peru. We also teamed up with Protocol Labs to support the Modular Worlds Hackathon, and wrapped up by building an open-source resource hub for technical learning on NEAR.

We’ve officially announced the winners of our upcoming Builder Retreat scholarships in Mexico City! With over 120 talented and culturally diverse applications, we’re beyond excited to see what this cohort will create from July 10–15. Builder Sprint kicks off in Colombia

To warm up before the Retreat, we’re launching the Stellar Builder Sprint in Colombia — a free workshop series introducing smart contract development with Soroban, Stellar’s smart contract platform. We’ll be visiting Bogotá, Cartagena, and Medellín, bringing technical knowledge to local Web3 communities.

StarMaker says ¡Hola! to Costa Rica and Bolivia

The Stellar Ambassador Program has landed in Costa Rica and Bolivia! We hosted meetups in Cartago, La Paz, and Santa Cruz to connect with local Web3 communities and introduce them to the opportunities StarMaker and the Stellar network offer builders in the region.
